These "Terms of Service" represent the Membership Agreement and is a binding agreement between you the member, and BigLeagueHits.com.

YOUR Acceptance of membership in Big League Hits and/or maintaining a subscription for services, shall constitute your full understanding and acceptance of this agreement, including any future updates, alterations or changes to these Terms of Services.

Terms of Service:

1. Accounts:

Only one BigLeagueHits account is permitted, per person or IP address. Members found to have more than one account may have all accounts deleted, with full loss of all credits, banner credits, text link credits, downline, and cash.

In this event, the users email addresses and IP addresses can be Banned, to prevent re-joining.

2. Email:

You are solely responsible for the maintenance of a working and reliable email address in your account. It is YOUR Responsibility to ensure that we can Contact you, via the Email Address in Your Account.

As a member, you agree to receive Members Updates, discount offers, promotions and informative updates from BigLeagueHits.com to all email addresses on record. NO emails from BigLeagueHits.com shall be considered (or reported as) Spam or UCE.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One auto-response message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

Also, we DO NOT respond to Email verification links, spam prevention emails or such like. If you use an email address with this type of software associated with it, You are responsible to ensure that email from BigLeagueHits.com domain is "White Listed" prior to joining.

When you sign-up you will receive an email verification message, if that email is blocked, your account will Never be opened.

3. Spam (UCE):

Direct reference of ANY domain owned by BigLeagueHits.com in ANY form of email advertising is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

This includes, but is not limited to, your BigLeagueHits.com affiliate URL and Splash Pages URLs.

You will need to utilize a redirection service for this purpose. The redirection services listed below are free services. No endorsement on behalf of BigLeagueHits.com is expressed or implied, for the services listed below or any other service of this type.

All members should seriously consider using a reliable tracking program for the links in all their advertising, you will have a far better chance at being successful, and saving some valuable time and money.

These tracking programs, qualify as suitable re-directs as well.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in immediate cancellation of your BigLeagueHits.com account(s), without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by BigLeagueHits.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

4. Subscription Payments (for Upgrades, etc):

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to BigLeagueHits.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to YOUR online banking account(s) may do so.

You are Solely responsible for Cancelling any and all Subscription payments to BigLeagueHits.com, we cannot access your payment processor accounts, and therefore we cannot cancel these for you. If you fail to cancel a subscription payment, there shall be NO recourse on BigLeagueHits.com.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed after three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related BigLeagueHits.com upgrades, etc may be terminated, without recourse on your part. Further re-attempts of failed subscription payments that may occur, are dependant on the Terms of Your Payment Processor, and any fees or charges by your financial institution to your accounts, cannot be controlled by BigLeagueHits.com, and shall result in NO recourse against BigLeagueHits.com.

5. Your Websites and Banner Ads:

ALL Sites must be at Least 90% in English. Sites mainly in another language Will NOT be accepted. Sites or Banners containing or with links to hate, discriminatory or illegal content, Adult Content, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated.

Sites that Break out of the surfing frame, freeze the Surfing Frame or Timer, or have any form of Background downloading are not allowed or tolerated.

Sites with more than ONE Pop-Up, are not allowed or tolerated.

By "Pop-Ups" we include all Pop-ups, Pop-unders, Slide in Ads, Subscription Boxes, or additional windows of any kind.

ALL sites reported to, or found by, BigLeagueHits.com to contain more than one of any of the above, will be Suspended. If there are multiple complaints against any member, the account will be deleted, with full loss of all credits, banner credits, text link credits, downline, and cash.

Any pop-up windows, java boxes, or similar that require our members to click on anything apart from the continue surf image on the surfbar are strictly prohibited. Our members must be able to continue surfing without clicking anything on your webpage.

ALL sites reported to, or found by BigLeagueHits.com to contain any of the above, will be Suspended. If there are multiple complaints against any member, the account will be deleted, with full loss of all credits, banner credits, text link credits, downline, and cash.

In the above event(s), the users email addresses and IP addresses will be Banned, to prevent re-joining. Any offending websites will have the URLs banned to prevent future adding into BigLeagueHits. This may or may not include banning of the total domain involved.

We allow Rotators on BigLeagueHits, but it is Your responsibility to ensure ALL sites in your rotators are in Full Compliance with these Terms of Service. Any rotators found to have contravening sites in them, will have the whole URL banned permanently.

If you wish to use a Rotator, BigLeagueHits strongly recommend that you use one of the following rotators:

PageSwirl, Track That Ad, or Hits Connect. Any others may be Suspended or Banned without notice, solely at Admin's decision.

6. HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs) Sites:

There are an increasing amount of problems associated with these sites, and more and more complaints from our active members. All HYIP sites, and sites advertising HYIP  programs are now banned.

These programs are at the very least immoral, and are Illegal in many countries.

 7. PTP (Paid to Promote) Sites:

We have had an influx of PTP programs, associated with members that are Cheaters, using software to refresh the sites instead of surfing manually, these are members that have NO interest in your sites at all, and are a complete waste of Your hard-earned credits.

We have no choice but to completely ban these sites from BigLeague Hits.

This is unfortunately the only way we can control the Cheaters and stop them from STEALING your credits.

8. PTC (Paid to Click) Sites:

Paid to Click sites are Banned in BigLeagueHits. However... There are some very good PTC programs out there, which cause no problems to other members or the exchange. We are therefore leaving the policing of this rule totally at the decision of Admin. Some will be allowed, others will be suspended and banned completely.

9. Repeat Offenders:

Any Member who abuses any of the above Terms of Service on a repeated basis, will be deleted from BigLeagueHits, with full loss of all credits, banner credits, text link credits, downline, and cash.

Any Member who hides any site contravening above Terms of Service, by camouflaging in rotators, or other re-direction methods will have their accounts deleted, with full loss of all credits, banner credits, text link credits, downline, and cash.

10. Promoting BigLeagueHits.com:

We encourage you to promote your referral URL, Splashpages, banners, etc to bring new members to your downline. We offer great incentives for you to do so.

However.... You are NOT permitted to:

• Bring in members using any form of Paid To Sign Ups.

• Make any untrue claims regarding BigLeagueHits.com.

• Sign-up additional accounts under yourself.

Members found doing any of above will be deleted, forfeiting all credits, impressions, cash, downline, etc.
